Best Places To Visit In Havana, Cuba

Hotel Nacional
Accommodation is something that one needs to consider first while visiting a particular venue. In Havana, Hotel Nacional is probably the best accommodation offering hotel of all. In fact, it is a Cuban national monument. Enter all the way through the palm tree driveway, move to the stunning terrace bar, and gain pleasure from the outstanding sightseeing over the Malecon sea boulevard.

Cementerio Colon. (Columbus Cemetery)
One of the Hanava’s most attractive places for visiting is the Columbus Cemetery. It’s believed that Cementerio Colon is the world’s largest cemetery after the Pére Lachaise Cementery in Paris.

Bodegita del Medio
Bodegita del Medio, a restaurant and bar, is known for the Mojito cocktails that is offered here. Although the cocktails are slightly expensive than other bars, they are real tourist attraction.

Farmacia Taquechel. (The Taquechel pharmacy)
This is a stunning classic style pharmacy with the white porcelain motifs jars and dark wooden shelves. The medicine stock here is extremely limited.

El Barrio Chino (Chinatown)
El Barrio Chino, well-known as Chinatown, is located at the Capitolio’s west part, and its entrance is marked through a huge pagoda style gateway. It is said that there used to be a Chinese society with over 10.000 people in Havana during 1900. However, the current estimation illustrates that there is not even the existence of more than 1000 Chinese all across the Havana.
